Sports Physicals at FRCS Information

This is the Athletic HUB, where I will be able to share important information that will affect all Athletics at FRCS. Here is the first one:
Sports Physicals at FRCS
Here is an update on Sports Physicals at FRCS. We will be hosting sports physicals again this summer, but it WILL NOT be on registration day. All of the high school sports either start on August 3 or August 10 and registration day is after that. Sports physical are open to anyone to come, if they need a sports physical. Reminder every athletes needs a current sports physical on file. If their sports physical expires during the season, then they will not be able to participate until it is updated.
Again this year I am ONLY allowed to accept the CHSAA approved physical forms. You and the Doctor will need to fill out pages 1-3 and keep them. I have to have page 4 and it needs to ALL be filled in. Here is the link to find the sports physicals:

Dr. Joe Singh will be coming back to do sports physical at FRCS in the Athletic Building from 9am-1pm on Friday, August 7. Dr. Joe is an alumni parent who has been doing sports physicals at FRCS for the past 10 years. He does them at a discounted rate and then a portion of it gets donated back to the Athletic Department.
When: Friday, August 7
Where: FRCS Athletic Building
Time: 9am-1pm This is a come when you can between those times, no need for appointments.
Cost: $35 and can be paid with cash, check or Venmo
